What information do we collect?

Customers who purchase items from our shop will be requested to provide a full name, postal address, email address and contact number. Customers who sign up to a mailing list are asked to provide a full name and email address. We do not collect or keep data relating to payment methods.

How do we use personal information?

Information provided in relation to an order from our e-shop will be used in our processing of that order e.g. to provide our couriers with your address or to send out a confirmation email of the orders you may place. We may also contact you in future regarding similar items for sale. We use MailChimp to manage our mailing lists; any customer who signs up to a mailing list agrees that their details will be used by MailChimp to manage our contacts and so that we can personalise our newsletters. Specific order details are stored with Snipcart, our e-commerce provider, and may be stored in servers outside of the EEA. Their data policies are compliant with GDPR. Please refer to their Data Processing addendum for further information.

How do we secure personal data?

All accounts outlined above are heavily password secured. Information stored locally is also password-protected to secure against theft or accidental loss. Access to sensitive information will not be granted wantonly or inappropriately.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

Financial records (including goods bought and sold) must be kept, by law, for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to. The personal data of customers who sign up to the mailing list will be kept indefinitely unless they unsubscribe.
